Sylph Alliance is an alliance based in the lower Providence / Catch Region, controlling 19 systems, and two outposts.
Sylph work under the "nrds"(not red don't shoot) policy to provide 0.0 access for everyone. Currently they have 3 open systems where everyone with a neutral standing or higher are welcome to operate:
IS-R7P - Outpost "Promethia"
BR-N97 - Outpost "Montarion Curze Memorial Station"

The rest of their systems are free for anyone to pass through but not to operate in unless you have blue standing.
Sylph works close with their neighbour alliances to ensure that security is kept in the area. Their biggest ally is CVA, but they have also assist IAC,Pax and Sev3rance at times.
