Phoenix Maw

The Phoenix Maw was the first unofficial Fountain "agreement". As there was no formal alliances announced or planned during the start of Eve Online, a group of residents around the Phoenix Constellation made a list of "friendly" corporations. This group, which included Evolution, Xanadu and the OEC, then attempted to clear out of the region of anyone who was not on the list. The aftermath of this war saw the creation of the formal Fountain Alliance [FA].
