The OSS - Omega Security Syndicate, or Oveur's Secret Service, depending on the time of day, and who you ask.

Previously inhabiting the JQV constellation in lower syndicate their current residence is unknown after a war with BRUCE. Presumed scattered across Syndicate NPC stations.

With the loss of the NOTR and GROON corporations the majority of OSS's member base has left. As of October 2007 the OSS is considered to be near death/dead.
