- One of the first EVE Corporations.
- Holder of one of the 12 player-owned, fully functional stations at the end of beta.
- Ceased operations at the end of 2003, unsatisfied members split off to form Satal's Legion.
- Came back under the founder's guidance (Mak Wu) for a while in mid 2004.
