EIB scam

From EVE History

The Eve Interstellar Bank scam occurred during the summer months of 2006. The sole benefactor of the scam was a player named Cally. From his words and screenshots provided to the EVE forums he stole over 750 billion isk. This is the largest profit from a scam in EVE history. Dentara Rast (owner of the Cally character) posted this on the forums:

The only person involved was me. 1 Person. And that one character I used was Cally. Not one person who supported the EIB, worked for the EIB, or was involved in anyway with the EIB was aware of my intentions. I fooled everyone. I win EVE.

The scam was much in the same vein as the one perpetrated by Morbor but on a vastly expanded scale.
