Dusk and Dawn Alliance has been created on the 4th of August 2006 by Omega Enterprises. It has been disbanded on 04/06/2007. It was last managed by Dusk and Dawn Holding corporation and the following fifteen corporations used to reside under its banner (in alphabetical order):

'News'

04/06/2007 - From today, Dusk and Dawn [D2] is no longer an operative entity. In the last 14 months of our history, our pilots had times of fun, times of desperation, and times of tiredness. At the end, we saw the Universe changed, and it's no longer a place for Dusk and Dawn. Many thanks to our close friends who stand on our side the last year. 21/05/2007 - D2 are quickly losing control over the north with over 1/2 of their space lost so far. BoB, MC, Aftermath, YouWhat, Vigilance Infinitas and friends are continuing their assualt and have reached D2's home systems.

18/02/2007 - a long time since the first update and a lot has happened. Almost all of Eve's 0.0 Territory is engulfed in what will be remembered as the biggest battle this universe has seen. Dusk and Dawn is currently fighting BoB & allies in Fountain.

26/12/2006 - Dusk and Dawn welcomes two new Corporations into our alliance. Momentum and Stardust Heavy Industries are joining within the next few days. We are proud to integrate two more reknown and successful corporations into our ranks.

Ex-Member Corporations

We, Dusk and Dawn, as a whole regret to say that the following corporations have left our alliance to move on. We had very good times together and will miss your engagement for our cause, your contributions to our success and the fun we had fighting side by side. We wish you the best for your future and we are positive that we will see each other again.
