Deklein
From EVE History
Deklein is a region in the north of eve, being north of Fade and to the west of Venal. In the New Eden War former northern alliances like Imperial Republic Of the North, Freelancer Alliance and others lost control over this area, when Mercenary Coaliton and it's allies rushed north. The region is currently occupied by Triumvirate. and DeStInY.
