chibasm Center for Disease Creation (cDC) is a 0.0-based alliance currently undergoing changes and relocation. Formerly, it was based in Vale of the Silent, a region it shared with Pure.

Relocation and restructuring

Around the 18th of January 2007, the founding corporation V I R I I announced that it was going to relocate, while retaining the alliance name for future use. Thus, the alliance would cease to exist in its current form. Later, it was announced that jake sisko, CEO of V I R I I, would step down, and that his position would be filled by Allister Feind.

Several of the corporations no longer in cDc joined the Storm Armada (ESA) alliance, another alliance based nearby. As Pure was not informed of the proceedings at first, this caused tensions over the final ownership status of several of cDc's holdings in Vale, which Pure had helped defend and thus laid claim to. However, negotiations averted open warfare, with two of the contested outposts being effectively ceded to Pure. Another core corporation in cDc based some distance away from the main cDc area of operations, Penumbra Squadron, decided to start a new alliance, Hydra, instead of joining another alliance. They claimed the last remaining former cDc outpost in the region, which they had built and defended.
