CYVOK
From EVE History
CYVOK was the "benign" dictatorial head of Ascendant Frontier and is a former CEO of Celestial Horizons corporation.
CYVOK was also the first player to officially pilot a titan on Tranquility. Cyvok was also the first player to lose a titan on tranquility, although like all Titan loses on Tranquility before Revelations II, he was offline when it happened.

CYVOK is currently in a transitional state thanks to the US Air Force and may not be available in a predictiable manner until further notice.
