Black Hand. opens it's doors as of today (2008.03.29 13:25:00). Our alliance goals are to further the interests of Ore Mongers corporation on a larger scale. Our business in part is protection service in 0.0, and our clients range from individuals to alliances. We condone and encourage nearly all forms of crime conducted in this alliance.

We have already been contacted by some people active in our areas of operation, and for future reference; we will not be interested in any NAP:s or blues to several groups. Blue is bad for business. However, groups interested in doing business that have something of interesting enough value for us are welcome to talk to us.

We will not actively recruit, but if our line of work sounds like something your corporation would like to be a part of, look over our alliance policies here. We are not interested in recruiting criminal corporations that want to work completely separate from their alliance (eg. like the old Pirate Coalition).
